About this Gathering
After the treaty of Limerick several members of the Kindelan family left Ireland to serve in the Irish Brigades at the service of France and Spain. From one of them, Vincent Kindelan, descend all the Kindelans in Spain and many of the Kindelans in the United States. The Kindelan Event will be a great opportunity for Kindelans from around the world to come back to the land of their ancestors, to meet other branches of the Kindelan descendants and to learn about the history of our family. The Event will include visits to important places of the history of Ireland and of our ancestors; Battle of the Boyne, Trim, Ardbraccan, Ballinakill, ...
