Blatant missing neutral POV[edit]

The point of view of this article is clearly not neutral. It doesn't even mention the annexation of this region (along with Bessarbia) by the Soviet Union. This point is much clearer in other similar articles like Izmail‎ or Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi‎. landroni (talk) 10:40, 3 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Please WP:AGF. This is not a case of WP:POV, but rather, the fact that this article is incomplete. If you feel that this article is missing important information, please add it to the article, citing your sources with a WP:RS of course. WP:JUSTDOIT. No one is stopping you.
