Surname's pronunciation[edit]

As it currently stands, the information about the pronunciation of Feige's surname is confusing: the IPA phonological transcription does not match the American-style transcription. /ai/ under IPA rules is pronounced as the personal pronoun 'I', whereas "Fay" should be pronounced as the vowel in 'day'. So which is the correct pronunciation, which transcription should be changed to match the other and the reality? Varoslod (talk) 08:03, 17 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Source for hard G?[edit]

Is there an official source for the pronunciation of Feige? There seems to be a lot of debate and inconsistency among third parties. —96.8.24.95 (talk) 02:38, 20 August 2019 (UTC) Originally posted 05:15, 7 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Political activism[edit]

Perhaps Feige's far-left political activism could be mentioned in the article? He has stated that he's going to put a transsexual into an upcoming Marvel movie… 🤢 www.breitbart.com/entertainment/2019/12/31/video-marvel-studios-president-says-trans-character-coming-very-soon-in-upcoming-film — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wrapadela (talkcontribs) 10:29, 1 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Including a transgender character in a film hardly qualifies as “far left political activism”Rcarter555 (talk) 15:10, 1 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Venom: Let There Be Carnage[edit]

Kevin confirmed that there was some “coordination” between him and Sony for the end post credits scene. I was wondering on whether we should consider this as coordination in filmography. If not, yeah that’s understandable or we can put it somewhere else. RobbyB3ll4s (talk) 04:30, 21 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Here is the Source, forgot to add it https://comicbook.com/marvel/amp/news/venom-2-kevin-feige-breaks-silence-on-spider-man-tom-holland-post-credits-scene RobbyB3ll4s (talk) 04:32, 21 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I would say no because he isn't credited as a producer. InfiniteNexus (talk) 05:05, 21 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

So now that we know that both the Carnage scene and NWH scene were filmed on No Way Home’s Set, should we reconsider this? RobbyB3ll4s (talk) 23:50, 23 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

No, because he was not credited as a producer or in any other position. Any “coordination” is unofficial. Rcarter555 (talk) 00:52, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Is this article in American English?[edit]

If yes, I request to change it in British English beacuse Brit Eng is universal language, peoples understand it better.Success think (talk) 08:27, 2 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

That’s not how Wikipedia works. Articles about American subjects are written in American English. Articles about British subjects are written in British English. Rcarter555 (talk) 08:31, 2 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Why in the world would you want to change an article about an American away from American english? Ravensfire (talk) 16:05, 2 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Upcoming media[edit]

I'd say that upcoming films and tv series should be added too because it's "standard" on Wikipedia en. UnkreativeFrog (talk) 18:37, 24 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@UnkreativeFrog: WP:FILMOGRAPHY: Do not add future projects until filming has begun as verified by a reliable source, which is because of WP:FUTURE, WP:NFF, and WP:NFTV. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 00:50, 25 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Favre1fan93: The linked pages talk about rumored and unnotable projects. these projects, however, are either officially announced by Marvel Studios or supported by reliable sources, as can be seen in List of Marvel Cinematic Universe television series and List of Marvel Cinematic Universe films. UnkreativeFrog (talk) 14:19, 25 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
They have been announced, but filming has not begun. InfiniteNexus (talk) 19:47, 25 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I quoted the part of FILMOGRAPHY that mentions until filming has begun explicitly. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 17:24, 26 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, thats right; I seem to have misread this. However I'd still say that theres no real reason not to add them. It's just useful information that doesn't really hurt or interfere or something. UnkreativeFrog (talk) 17:58, 26 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The “real reason” not to add them is it goes against Wikipedia policy, as has been pointed out. Rcarter555 (talk) 07:57, 27 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
