Isn't a first important?[edit]

Why is it rated low importance when it is a first ever thing, an Australian merit bio and significant sailing type? Anyway I cleaned it up of fan type angle and words. Hope it helps, Julia Rossi 02:59, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This bio is extremely brief and sketchy. Is this because nobody has taken the time to add more, or because Ms Cottee herself doesn't want detail here (in an interview, and in her book, she referred to herself as a "very private person")?

eg (one of many): the yacht was called "Blackmores First Lady" after the New Zealand based company that gave her financial support for the circumnavigation, and indeed before the major voyage it was called "Cinnamon Scrub", the name of a Blackmores product. Lack of citations in 'Personal life' section[edit]

I have attempted to remedy lack of citations in Personal life section (possibly overdone it). I have also added a bit more detail while respecting WP:BLP. I think we can now remove the citation warning template. Let me know any thoughts. Spinifex&Sand (talk) 23:34, 13 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the Box; I think this section is adequately referenced now. Spinifex&Sand (talk) 00:01, 20 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
