Explanation of title of film: the Hindi word Katiyabaaz[edit]

The current explanation "(Electricity thief however this fails to capture the pun in the Hindi word Katiyabaaz)" just points out that there is a pun but doesn't explain what it is in English terms. If someone udnerstands what this is saying, could you add that explanation and replace the current text that I've quoted here. Perhaps some sort of a further-explanation required tag, or a please-expand tag, or something similar which must exist on Wikipedia (I'm not sure which ones exist and which would be appropriate) should be added to that, until it is properly explained. P.S. This documentary has also been aired on BBC World (at least once in November 2017), this information might be added if a proper source is found as has been done for the PBS airing already included in the article.
