Date of birth; mother's maiden name[edit]

I have reverted the addition of a date of birth and the mother's maiden name. The additions had two problems:

No citation was provided in the article.
The edit summary for each addition gave California Birth Index as the source. Using content obtained from CBI violates WP:BLPPRIMARY, which specifies, "Do not use trial transcripts and other court records, or other public documents, to support assertions about a living person. Do not use public records that include personal details, such as date of birth, ..."
