Here are the issues I found:

"Weinstein and Bill Oakley became best friends and writing partners at St. Albans high school;" High School should be capitalized.
"Weinstein was born and raised in Washington D.C.," no comma needed.
"For season six they wrote "Sideshow Bob Roberts", basing much of the second" second what? only one episode is noted in this sentence if thats what you meant.
"For season six they wrote "Sideshow Bob Roberts", basing much of the second on the Watergate scandal, in which they had a great interest.[19] They wrote "Grampa vs. Sexual Inadequacy",[20] and "Bart vs. Australia"." the second sentence just seems to kinda hang; combining the two would be beneficial.
I'd chop the writer section into two paragraphs since it's pretty long.
