Garbled?[edit]

I think "Conradlitary Academy" is a garbled way of saying "military academy" at "Joseph Conrad, Brigadier General, United States Army". arlingtoncemetery.net. Retrieved 23 April 2012. Google only finds the phrase at the Conrad bio at arlingtoncemetery.net, Wikipedia and derived sites. Google suggests "Conrad Military Academy" as an alternative, but that didn't turn up anything worthwhile. Bob Burkhardt (talk) 19:13, 23 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I also think the Arlington Cemetery site is using the date and place of death of Joseph Speed Conrad (born in Ithaca, New York) mistakenly for Joseph Conrad (born in Wied-Selters, Germany). Bob Burkhardt (talk) 19:56, 23 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

WRONG data on arlingtoncemetery dot net[edit]

The link http://www.arlingtoncemetery.net/jconrad.htm provides info on Joseph Conrad (1830-1891). This is a different guy. And he's not buried at ANC. Do not use. (LTC Joseph Speed Conrad at Find a Grave has got a photo of his gravestone with "Speed" inscribed.) – S. Rich (talk) 02:59, 23 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
