Birth name

Since there was some confusion regarding his birth name: Jon-Erik Hexum was generally called Jack during High School. His real name was Jon-Erik (according to his birth records it was Jon Eric), he didn't "invent" that name for his acting career. His real name definitely was not just "Jack." The Jon-Erik Hexum fanclub states this fact in his biography. Thanks.

"Jack" was a very common nickname for people with the name "John" (which, the "Jon" part of Hexum's name I think would still qualify). Like "Ted" being a nickname for "Edward", "Jack" for "John" is not that common anymore (I would guess both stopped being common in the '70s). — al-Shimoni (talk) 03:17, 1 May 2014 (UTC)
