John MunroJohn Munro (Canadian politician) — Relisted. Vegaswikian (talk) 02:39, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It wouldn't appear that John Munro is the primary topic of all the John Munros listed on the disambiguation page. I thus propose that the page be moved, and that the disambiguation page takes the place of this article name. Schwede66 13:38, 6 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Support - multiple notable people called John Munro, with no evidence this one is far more notable per WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. Tassedethe (talk) 15:45, 9 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose Looking at the article, he appears to have been a Canadian Cabinet minister for around 16 years, none of the others have held posts of comparable importance. Beware of systemic bias in favour of the US and UK. PatGallacher (talk) 23:24, 10 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your first point appears to be a good one. Your second point, however, appears to be entirely irrelevant to this proposal. Either the person is the primary topic, or he's not - that's unrelated to which country he is from. And just for the record, the reason that I've come across this page is John Munro (New Zealand politician). Schwede66 04:39, 11 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
