Details?[edit]

Seems like some details on how Greenstein performed some of these alleged feats -- or documentation that he did perform some of them -- is in order. The bullet not penetrating his skull could be put down to good luck and low muzzle velocity.

The information given in the reference directly contradicts the Wiki article when it comes to the motivation behind the shooting, though. Wiki says it was a jealous man, linked article says it was a friend whose gun accidentally went off 141.217.84.216 (talk) 13:26, 29 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

But biting through nails and quarters without breaking teeth seems unlikely. As does driving 20d nails into a board with his bare hands. And what kind of "chains" did he break "with chest expansion"? Watch chains? Bicycle chains? Daisy chains?

As it stands, this article reads like a legend appended to an abbreviated biography.

There is a footage on YouTube of Greenstein biting nails in half and driving nails through a board with his hands. I can't find the source or date for the video, and I guess YouTube is not a reliable source, so I'm not sure how to incorporate it, but it does collaborate claims made by and about Greenstein. There are also photographs, which I'll try to track down ZombieCactus (talk) 00:50, 17 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Vegetarian myth[edit]

Some sources seem to be claiming Greenstein ate a raw vegetarian diet. This was a myth. Greenstein was not a vegetarian, he was described as eating a low-fat diet with "some fish or poultry and fruit juices and only an occasional egg or piece of red meat" [1] Psychologist Guy (talk) 10:40, 15 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
