Why two articles?[edit]

We have both Jensen (disambiguation) and Jensen (surname). Why two articles?--DThomsen8 (talk) 15:39, 5 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Because the list of people with this surname is long; the dab page is for other things called Jensen. Information yes (talk) 14:50, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Norwegian too?[edit]

About 25,000 people in Norway has Jensen/Jenssen. I am not sure (have no source at hand) but I guess the name also emerged in Norway, originally as a patronym later "fixated" as an ordinary family name. --— Erik Jr. 16:45, 12 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
