Depends on the page -- many Wikipedians encourage what they call "organic growth," while others argue that every page should look as professional as possible, at all times. Given that this article is pretty obviously a stub in need of more content, it might not hurt to leave them around. A more developed page, say Abraham Lincoln off the top of my head, should probably avoid such things. If that makes sense. Luna Santin 11:17, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
