From rudimentary searches it appears to be a well-defined term. See for instance http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2639460 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1877913 and http://deepblue.lib.umich.edu/handle/2027.42/71777. That being said, some wording (especially in the Facial aesthetics section) could be improved, so I won't propose removing the NPOV tag yet, but in this particular case I don't think there's an issue.
