McPherson / MacPherson / Macpherson[edit]

Currently the article has 23 instances of "McPherson" and 14 of "MacPherson". Only references 1, 7, 10 & 18 support the former, whereas references 2, 3, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 16 & 17 give it as "Macpherson". In particular, reference 3 quotes a letter where he signs himself as "James Macpherson" (page 14, ePage 16).
