An article needs Wikification if it:
Has no specific lead paragraph and / or has no sections headings.
Has no internal linking (wiki-links).
Has no Infobox or templating and may require it.

I've removed it again. There's lots of internal linking, there is no infobox but why would it need one? Even if it did, wikification has NOTHING to do with adding infoboxes.
