This article was created with two ‘fake’ references that linked to web pages that have nothing to do with the subject. I removed them and searched for others but could not find anything substantial. As a university this institution is presumed notable, but if nobody can find independent reliable sources, the article may need to be deleted. Mccapra (talk) 05:11, 2 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
