Pilot or driver[edit]

Just wondering, but does a locomotive have a pilot or a driver? I wonder about this little bit under development. Thanks! Kerbal19 (talk) 01:02, 24 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

To Indian locomotive class WAG-12B Rohan paul 999 (talk) 01:43, 19 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Not done @Rohan paul 999: The WAG-12B is not a seperate class of its own. It is a variant of WAG-12 with modified bogies. It can be accommodated within a variant section of this article. -- Field Marshal Aryan (talk) 04:48, 21 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Update: Seeing the fanfare that the WAG-12B has received since then, I have changed my views and a discussion might be fruitful. Field Marshal (talk) 04:58, 29 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Most powerful freight locomotive in the world?[edit]

Why is this called the most powerful freight locomotive in the world? There are plenty of more powerful locomotives; one example is the IORE run by LKAB in Sweden and Norway, but there are also more powerful (freight) locomotives from Russia and China.
