Fair use rationale for Image:209123.1020.A.jpg[edit]

Image:209123.1020.A.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

"Wikipedia is not a how-to"[edit]

Has anyone proposed deletion of this article on the grounds of WP:NOT#HOWTO? They seem to do that with all other articles in which the words "how to" appear, regardless of what the article actually says. Michael Hardy (talk) 19:49, 24 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I really hope you're joking. :) Erik (talk | contribs | wt:film) 20:22, 24 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Partially.......

But it's a fact: there are various Wikipedians who go around searching for "how to" in article titles and section headings and slapping on proposals to delete articles, or maintenance tags, based only on that, without looking at the actual content of the article or section. If the section heading is How to understand ephiphenomenal luminescence, and it has an explanation of that concept, someone comes along and protests that Wikipedia is not a "how-to" manual. Michael Hardy (talk) 18:59, 25 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

That makes sense. I stick to the realm of film myself. Any chance you can beat such editors to the punch and revise such headings to move away from "How to" usage? Any kind of centralized discussion you can start if you believe it to be a big concern? Erik (talk | contribs | wt:film) 19:11, 25 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The plot summary is not very accurate[edit]

The plot summary contains a lot of things which aren't really in the film, but rather the interpretations of a viewer. NotYourFathersOldsmobile (talk) 22:38, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You could be write, but could you be more specific? PatGallacher (talk) 21:13, 30 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
