Possibility for confusion with current Hounslow East[edit]

it is mentioned later in the article that the current Hounslow East, which was a replacement for this station following its second (and final) closure was originally named Hounslow Town, and I think it remained so until 1925. Consequently I think that it is possible that someone seeing a reference to Hounslow Town Underground/tube station after 1909 might come to this article and without looking at in depth might not realise that it refers to a different station. I therefore wonder if something about this should be in the opening of the article or indeed if there should be a statement something like "this article is about the station that closed in 1909, for the tube station names Hounslow town 1909 to 1925 see Hounslow East tube station". This would be similar to the Charing Cross tube station were it directs readers looking for the formerly named Charing Corss tube station to Embankment tube station.
