Hoopla Doopla[edit]

I intend to create a Redirect page titled Hoopla Doopla for people searching for Hoopla Doopla! (it misses the !). As Hoopla Doopla has been deleted three separate times I've decided to contact the deleting editors to respond here if they have any objection.
