Plagiarism[edit]

In case anybody cares, this part of the article: "On March 2, 1936, Secretary of State Cordell Hull and Assistant Secretary of State Sumner Welles joined the Panamanian negotiators in signing a new treaty—the Hull-Alfaro Treaty—and three related conventions. The conventions regulated radio communications and provided for the United States to construct a new trans-isthmian highway connecting Panama City and Colón." was lifted from this site: http://countrystudies.us/panama/11.htm. I'm not sure if other parts have been copied, but it would be better if someone knowledgeable about the subject would rewrite this paragraph to create a more original article.
