Dynamo[edit]

Some sources claim he invented the dynamo. What is shown in the reference has a rotating permanent magnet. Thus it is a magneto and not a dynamo. Did he ever build a machine with stationary and rotating electromagnets, which would be in fact a dynamo? Edison (talk) 01:01, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
