Not a given-name SIA[edit]

The existing addressability of the page as Hilton (given name) must (the mistake having already been made) of course be preserved, but many reasonable editors who want such a pate won't click on that title:

  • Too many editors confuse Dab pages and SIAs, and fail to make sufficient use of many of the capabilities that SIAs (being after all articles, which Dabs are not) offer to the diligent editor.
But the worst offense it commits is failure to adequately support
  • users who suspect "given name" means "first name" to the exclusion of middle names (IMO they're wrong, but don't deserve our writing off their needs on that account), and
  • those who don't suspect that (at least English) people who have titles of nobility often (or for all i know -- tho i understand Lord Lew Grade to be an exception -- perhaps usually) have surnames different from the surname-ish name that the title confers.
