Using the album artist as a featured artist[edit]

Please see Wikipedia:WikiProject Albums/Album article style advice#Personnel: we do not need to reproduce liner notes as-is nor should we when they are nonsensical, irrelevant, or inaccurate. There is no featured artist on a track that only includes the main artist. ―Justin (koavf)TCM 00:41, 1 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I know I am VERY late with this, but I have a question for User:Bowling is life. I once edited this article and added pop, country and classic rock with the following article provided as a source: https://www.thefader.com/2020/01/31/kesha-new-album-high-road-big-freedia-sturgill-simpson-listen-2020. You later reverted this edit, saying that the genres were not strongly supported by the source. I'd just like to ask: how does the source not strongly support this? According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Genre_warrior#Examples_of_synthesized_claims, to classify a song / album as a certain genre, direct language has to be used in thes source. One of the examples provided is "a successful fusion of jazz rap". The article from The FADER calls High Road "a mix of Kesha’s rowdy pop, cosmic country, and classic rock", which seems to fit the criteria of direct language to me.

Thanks in advance! EnjoyingMyProblems (talk) 19:40, 13 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Little Bit of Love single?[edit]

I'm not entirely sure if Little Bit of Love can be called a single. Yes it had a music video recorded in Kesha's own home, but it hasn't received any radio play, not that I can find a source for. A new remix was released today but Kesha hasn't even acknowledged it on social media. To me, it feels like a promotional single at best.Gagaluv1 (talk) 19:11, 25 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
