Clear information about this page[edit]

Hi, there. Helbiz is really the company that raised money from ICO in 2018, and deleted all information about this, delete all facts, investors lost a lot of money. Helbiz absolutely ignore investors. Helbiz going to do IPO on NASDAQ and Borsa Italiana. It's very-very bad story, how Italian guys make money to fly on private jets. Community of ICO investors add information about ICO to this page, but someone try to delete it, to hide facts. All our information about ICO is with proofs, so, please, keep an eye on to this page, to safe Americans from scam story.

Sometimes Helbiz team delete all information about ICO, and edit text to more promotional.

In February 2018, Helbiz had an ICO and raised $38 million.[1-9] In the official WhitePaper, signed by Mr. Salvatore Palella, described Helbiz Mobility System, and Helbiz Pay system that use Helbiz coin (HBZ token) as a utility token.[10] During the 2018 year Helbiz coin has fallen down to -94%.[11] From January 2019 to March 2019 Helbiz team has deleted all information about ICO from the official site, renamed Helbiz Coin to HBZ coin, and finally the main company for ICO "HELBIZ MOBILITY SYSTEM PTE. LTD." was renamed to "HBZ SYSTEMS PTE. LTD.".[12] Currently, this company has the status "Struck Off" that means dissolved of the company.[13]
