What year was this movie released?[edit]

I'd guess 2000, but it's not clear.

It closed about 8 picoseconds after it's release. What a shame to followup a classic with this trash.

Reception?[edit]

This entry needs a reception section. How did fans of the original like/dislike this sequel? How did critics react? --24.249.108.133 06:20, 17 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think anyone has the heart to post about how ruefully bad this movie was. Bloody Sacha 15:46, 29 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

it already doesn't sound very good from the descripition of the plot.

the game sounds a little better but i highly doubt it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Homor (talkcontribs) 19:05, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The movie is OK regarding the standards. What is wanted by the new generations to be liked? --Manfariel (talk) 20:16, 2 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Plot?[edit]

I saw this movie, and there was more in the plot than stated in the article.

Usually movie article plots are meant to be a summary. There is already to much in there I think. --< Nicht Nein! (talk) 07:07, 21 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
And the movie summaries on wikipedia have the ending...--Ssteiner209 (talk) 01:14, 14 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I redid the summary so it fits within the 700 words per WP:FILMPLOT, but it can be condensed further if need be. -AngusWOOF (talk) 02:49, 22 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Production company and distributor[edit]

User:Faster2010 is removing the sourced production company and distributor in the infobox. I have added the content along with a Variety source. I'm not going to edit war over this, but it makes no sense to delete something and not even have the courtesy to say why in your edit summary. Why do you think your unsourced additions are correct? Do you think readers should trust you over Variety? —Mike Allen 04:30, 8 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Michael Ironside[edit]

Would it be relevant to the article if mentioned that the "Tyler" of V (1983 miniseries) lends his voice to the "Tyler" of this movie? Was it intentional? --Manfariel (talk) 20:39, 2 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
