Civil Parish[edit]

Accourding to http://www.visionofbritain.org.uk/place/4345 Hakin was a civil parish from 31.12.1894 onwards. The website seems to be based on a book, that someone might be able to verify. It also seems to have a cutoff at 1969 so no merger into Milford is recorded. I am just irritated by the fact that the 1868 map includes Hakin in the boundary of Milford while the aforementioned source says that Hakin was split out of Hubberston in 1894. What am I missing?
