How do I make Sarah Buckley's name the normal font size, and her title the normal "small" size? How do I make the surplus number in the info box appear? Ewade (talk) 14:46, 22 October 2013 (UTC)Ewade[reply]
I've fixed it. The tags are <small> to begin the small text, and </small> to end it and go back to normal.

In the info box, how do I make the surplus number appear? It's in the code, but not appearing on the page.Ewade (talk) 14:14, 24 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Template:Infobox company does not have a "Surplus" parameter. Would that correspond to "Operating income" or "Net income"? Click on the link to see the full list of parameters and instructions. JohnCD (talk) 14:52, 24 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Can the orphan and prose tags be removed from this page? It links to other pages and contains sections. Ewade
DoneEwade, I've removed the orphan tag. The body of the article is still written in a list format, so the tag that remains, which notifies other users that some repair is still needed, should remain there. Wikipedia is driven by volunteers, so if you want to re-write the list into some sort of coherent prose, that would be appreciated. I'd probably look to remove some of the fluff, such as the Better Business Bureau award, and the section could really use some inline references from independent sources, as it seems to be a mostly-unsupported section that was probably written by someone from the company.
