POV[edit]

Icairns, thanks for your edit. I hope that my re-correction of the Alpha Course section is OK re. POV policy; I think "examining the claims of Jesus" is a fairly objective description of the course.

Also hope the further breakdown of the current activities section (now "Greyfriars today") is OK: my original idea was to base this description around the church's motto, but accept that clearer sections would be more helpful. "Discipleship" and "Evangelism" seemed straightforward titles for the church's two main concerns. --Tim giddings 22:11, 31 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Spelling of name?[edit]

Is it Greyfriars Church or Greyfriars' Church? --Stfg (talk) 18:08, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Well, digging a bit harder, its web site spells it without any apostrophe. I propose to move this article to Greyfriars Church, without apostrophe, unless there is any objection. --Stfg (talk) 14:16, 7 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Greyfriars Church, Reading was moved to here in 2008. You need to request a move at WP:RM. BaldBoris 15:21, 7 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for pointing it out. The user who did that move has assented to its reversal, so I've put {{db-move}} on the redirect page. --Stfg (talk) 16:19, 11 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
