Region: North America or Europe?[edit]

A recent edit by an IP user, 2800:810:483:60c:91cf:e5b8:a29f:d6a1, changed the region of the Greenland Cup from Europe to North America. While Greenland is technically on the North American continent, it is more closely associated with Europe (e.g. Greenland–European Union relations). To muddy the waters even more, some games were played in Iceland which straddles the North America and Europe. I'd actually like to remove the region from the infobox because it's a grey area, and the general location of the cup should be self-evident by the name.
