Likely incorrect dates of birth and death.[edit]

As investigated elsewhere, it appears that the evidence is building that Gower Ross later played for Brunswick in the VFA,[1] then joined the Royal Air Force ([2] and was killed in action[3] in February 1917.[4] The dates of birth and death recorded by the AFL are likely to be for his brother, Hubert.
