originally only i wrote two lines and so it said speedy deletion.. Now i've added much more content and it should now be of general interest.

- The text is dumped but these were my original words on the GBN website - is this a problem? For those interested in benchmarking the GBN should be of interest as it promotes benchmarking worldwide and is not a profit-making organisation - just a network of centres that represent benchmaking in their countries
