If anyone actually reads this, please stop adding info on LTRFTW: it's already in there. Corrupt toolbox 21:06, 29 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

They won't read this.
Still, if they've been encouraging people to add this to Wikipedia (as if GameCentral was the originator of the term), then I'm kinda glad my reception's been too bad to view Teletext this past week. --Dreaded Walrus t c 21:34, 29 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well, someone mentioned the Wikipedia article and they just asked if someone could add a definition of LTRFTW, so about 10 people decided to. Corrupt toolbox 22:06, 29 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Make that 11 ;).
Still, he reverted himself almost immediately, after seeing that it was already mentioned in the paragraph above what he had typed. :) --Dreaded Walrus t c 00:25, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I added one of those, uh, things that only appears when you try to edit the page which tells people that LTRFTW info is in there. Hope I did it right. Corrupt toolbox 16:22, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yep. You did it perfectly. I just added it into the 309 section, too, as some people have just been editing that specific section, which obviously would mean they wouldn't see the HTML comment at the top of the article. Hopefully that will be the last of them. :) --Dreaded Walrus t c 18:03, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV in criticism section: speaks for itself really, this section should probably be removed Urso 22:27, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, it's uncited, serves no useful purpose and doesn't add anything to the article. ĤĶ51Łalk 13:28, 1 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
if no-one puts up a plausible defense by the end of the month, I'll delete it and leave a copy here on the talk page Urso 22:12, 5 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Page Move[edit]

I have edited the page numbers for the different sections due to the movement of GameCentral on the 6th of September —Preceding unsigned comment added by Admuz (talkcontribs) 15:45, 10 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Issues with page[edit]

you know you really ought to say what they are. The question of notability is not one for anyone living in the uk; The webpage is linked to; the fact that it refreshes everyday surely can't invalidate any reporting of previous content. Gamecentral gets more viewers per week than any games magazine in the UK- look at the performance of Global Defence Force in the UK charts before and after it was praised on GC... Urso 19:51, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well the top 20 charts seem to have been removed for apparent copyright reasons. Is there anyway to get permission to show the lists again, because I'm not aware of there being any other source for this information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Eightyweeks (talkcontribs) 03:51, 11 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

GameCentral's Top 20 Games of the Year[edit]

I've added the final top 20 charts for both GameCentral and the viewers for 2007, before the 2008 chart starts in the following weeks, and I would add the charts from previous years if I could find them somewhere. Incidentally, I was having trouble putting up two tables side-by-side, so I opted for the slightly inelegant option of making it one big table with a thin column in the middle to separate them. If there's a way to hide that column, feel free to do it. Conrad1on (talk) 17:50, 17 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Update to reflect move to Metro[edit]

I don't agree that this should be deleted as GC still exists on the Metro website. I've updated the page to reflect this although left much of the info intact on the layout of the old GameCentral webpages. 'blindfight 10 April 2011.'
