"Handed over one hard copy and one paper copy"?[edit]
I read an essay he wrote about it where he said (I'm quite sure), that he handed over a paper copy and an electronic copy on a storage device. 2A02:908:2810:8780:40FE:5129:7F53:1551 (talk) 18:40, 9 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
To quote him verbatim (from his "The Ayes Have It", referenced in the footnootes of the Wikipedia article):
"...hand over a hard-copy and a digital copy on a USB stick in May 2016"
