Not terribly familiar with wikipedia rules, but does this violate NPOV rules?

Fred Kaplan (journalist) vs. Fred Kaplan (biographer)[edit]
What do we think about turning the page Fred Kaplan into a disambiguation page, and re-naming the current Fred Kaplan either Fred M. Kaplan or Fred Kaplan (journalist). This is to help avoid linking confusion with Fred Kaplan (biographer). It is easy to get these two mixed up at a glance because both are serious writers (the journalist was in a group that won a Pulitzer, and the biographer was nominated for one) and I think having that disambig page will help editors avoid linking errors, and help readers understand the difference between the two more readily. I support this proposal only because a third Fred Kaplan existed in the contract bridge world and was a champion player in the early 1930's. While generally not notable in accordance with Wiki standards, this third Kaplan might be sought by some and it should be clear that neither of the other two is him.
