Hey, can someone explain this sentence: 'Arriving in New York City, he posed as a businessman and, with Heinrich Albert, set up a dummy corporation called Bridgeport Projectile, through which he purchased gunpowder, which he then destroyed.' Is the idea here that by buying munitions and destroying them, it hampered wartime production efforts/allied supply chains? Maybe that's meant to be evident.
