Assuming this "source" is reliable[1], which I'm not, I see no mention of Francis II, "Leonard de Lorraine", Christina of Salm or Charles, Count of Valois. Also, ancestry.com and geni.com are not reliable resources and French Wikipedia's page is not sourced either, with the information being added by an IP.

Since you can not be bothered to do proper research.... this link clearly shows the children of Francis II and Christina[2]
There is no Leonard.
