Smells like an advert[edit]

Or is it just me? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.21.186.20 (talk) 21:22, 5 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I understand that this page has formerly been deleted. I now feel that it has enough information to deserve a Wikipedia page and is up to standards. If anyone disputes this, please edit the page to make it up to standards, or post about it here.

unreferenced "controversy" paragraph[edit]

This paragraph is unreferenced and seems to have been written simply for criticism of the site. I've removed it, but it's posted below.

"Formsprings could be seen as a site which enables friends and family to socialise, but the annoymous postings which are allowed to be posted opens a pathway to a range of bullying, some minor, to extreme, including victimisation, harrasment, name calling, and there is no where on the site to report the abuse."

move this to Formspring[edit]

The service that is the reason this deserves an article is called Formspring; that's what people are looking for. Having it pop up to Formstack is confusing and will make less intelligent folks go back to google to try their search again, like I just did. Mercury and Lincoln are not at Ford Motor Company, Tide is not at Proctor and Gamble, and this article should be at Formspring.--CastAStone//(talk) 19:52, 12 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Why not just split the article? --TorriTorri(Talk to me!) 23:16, 12 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Because Formstack is not notable independent of Formspring.--CastAStone//(talk) 04:52, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

removed deletion tag & edited article[edit]

I changed the article to a redirect because FormStack isn't as notable as formspring.me and it works better this way. Being a redirect page, the deletion tag isn't needed anymore.

Why hasn't this been deleted? Absolutely nothing about this article is encyclopedic or significant. Wikipedia is not to be used for personal website advertising. I had a previous page deleted for this exact reason. And there is not significant media coverage. Jakobees (talk) 04:54, 3 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
