Looks great Justin! Information provided is thorough and well-organized. You may be able to add a bit more in the first paragraph - maybe introduce the specific points you address in the rest of the article? Also, have you considered breaking down by region? I know most of the insects and pathogens mentioned are east coast specific, but a section that discusses regional disturbance may help distinguish/serve as a good "stopping point" for people investigating information on the topic.
