I rather agree - the liturgical start of the day was always with Vespers in the evening, and the start of the year was a typical one, as the article says. Better to expand to make a useful Medieval dating systems or something. Johnbod 21:57, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, looking around in Category:Calendars, which is rather a mess, with the "specific" and "obselete" categories needing a merge in my view, we could do with a simple overview article linking to the many very specific and detailed ones. Johnbod 13:20, 26 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
