Myspace reference[edit]

I have reinserted the reference in the controversy section that Erik removed saying it was linkspam. Please do not remove it again. The Wiki program may recognize it as spam, but a quick read of the page should be enough to convince even the most skeptical editor that it is most definitely not spam. I further find it more than disingenuous (Machivellian, in fact) to remove the reference and then add a citation needed tag. If you remove a legitimate reference, it would seem incumbent on you to add a replacement ref. Further, a quick read of WP:EL#Linking to YouTube, Google Video, and similar sites Wiki's policy on YouTube links shows that the external link to the trailer is not inappropriate. Please do not remove that again, either. Jeffpw 07:25, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You may want to back the Myspace blog link with a reference that shows it is authoritative because otherwise, blogs are not considered reliable sources. —Erik (talkcontrib) - 20:42, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
From WP:RS: Self-published sources should never be used as sources about living persons other than their author. The blog is from the author of Flight Of The Living Dead, so I don't think one can get more reliable than that. In any event, I have another source that can be added if necessary. An interview with Scott Ewen from a horror movie website. Took me a while to find it, but find it I did. Jeffpw 20:52, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Controversy section was not restored in spite of further evidence being given. Palynium (talk) 02:38, 4 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Lack of Release[edit]

Does anyone have any further information on why the film was never released in cinemas? --J.StuartClarke 13:59, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Because judging by the plot, it's a crap movie. It goes against all zombie laws established in other movies. Since when can anything be sucked into a jet turbine and survive? --Simpsons fan 66 00:31, 12 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
But the article says that despite a sucessful screening at the film festival... --J.StuartClarke 01:35, 12 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Plane Dead.jpg[edit]

Image:Plane Dead.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Malaria parasite?[edit]

In the movie they say the zombie crap is caused by a variant of the "Malaria virus" not Malaria parasite. While Malaria is not a virus, it just seems wrong to have it called a parasite in the plot section when it's not called that in the movie itself. Maybe a correction to virus, plus a note that this was an error by the filmmakers? 76.226.225.201 (talk) 07:16, 29 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

st luis?[edit]

why was the article changed from las vegas to st luis? in the final shot, the zombies are clearly heading for las vegas. unless st luis also has a black pyramid? 189.222.212.23 (talk) 07:04, 24 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

im going to edit this back to las vegas.
