The Fischer brothers, all 7 of them lived in Flint, Mi. I can't see, how their cars were made in Detroit, when I used to drive by the Fischer Body plants in down town Flint, on Saginaw St. The brothers teamed up, with Sloan and Durrant sometime before September 8, 1908 to do some planning and then General Motors was born. Ford was always based in Detroit, but for a long time G.M. and, Fischer Body that was all in Flint. Now though, if you come to see the history, it's sad to say that the only thing you'll see is tar-mack. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.186.65.180 (talk) 06:05, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
