Flanders International Film Festival GhentFilm Fest Gent – The film festival's current name is Film Fest Gent (official website). Third-party reliable sources (Cineuropa, The Hollywood Reporter, IndieWire, Screen International, and Variety) also call it Film Fest Gent. 153.160.61.111 (talk) 05:57, 14 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Oops... I just WP:BOLDLY moved this back not realizing that there was an RM last year, and now that I see this, I figure I should explain. I made the move mainly because the city Ghent is spelled with an 'h' in English per our main WP article. Oddly enough, my additional reasons for moving it are much the same as what the nominator used last year. "Ghent" is used by the reliable sources cited in the article (one of which overlaps with the previous RM: Variety where "Ghent" is used more frequently according to their tagging system 4x for Gent 13x for Ghent), which include The Wall Street Journal. Another overlapping source is Screen Daily here. Plus, the official website is showing "Ghent" when I view it. The logo uses "Gent", but the text on the site reads "Ghent" when reading the English version of the page and "Gent" when viewing the Dutch version of the page. With all the overlap and common use of both versions, I think I will leave the page where it is per WP:USEENGLISH since "Gent" appears to be for non-English use, but I understand if there is a desire to return to where the RM ended. -2pou (talk) 22:21, 13 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the explanation, 2pou. I cannot see the Screendaily article, but seeing that the English version of the website shows Ghent, I have no problem with leaving as is. Don't feel strongly either way though. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 03:40, 14 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Flag icons[edit]

I don't think that the use of flags in the tables is appropriate per MOS:FLAG, and they make the tables look very cluttered. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 13:38, 13 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
