Is there such a thing?[edit]
I am not aware that there actually exists a “Festspiel Baden-Baden”. (The designation is in fact unused on the Festspielhaus website.) The Festspielhaus Baden-Baden, which operates without government subsidy, maintains no performing ensemble (orchestra, chorus, troupe, or ballet) and does not produce a full opera or concert season, but puts up a year-round programme of festivals, gala concerts, residencies, and tour concerts. So the “series of festivals” is in fact the bulk of what the Festspielhaus does. This page seems to me to have very little editorial relevance in parallel with that of the Festspielhaus, and should better be merged into Festspielhaus Baden-Baden#Programme. - It should be merged, which means this could be a redirect. Festspielhaus is a building, but also covers the program. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 22:39, 8 February 2023 (UTC)
