First station to reopen after Beeching Axe[edit]

I've removed the sentence: "it is believed to have been the first station in England to have been re-opened in this way following the Beeching era closures". If this is true, it should be readded and cited. Hertzsprung 19:00, 16 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
