Fender (disambag)[edit]

This should really redirect to Fender (disambiguation). There are so many other uses for Fender, like the names and also its use in cars is far more popular than its use for a certain brand of guitar. An unregistered user with a history of disruptive edits, warnings and being blocked has changed it to redirect to Fender Musical Instruments Corporation. I suspect he will continue to be disruptive and change the redirect so I have posted this here as a matter of record. JayKeaton (talk) 04:00, 6 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed move[edit]

Judging by the names, just about every one of the more than 70 articles that link to Fender actual wants Fender Musical Instruments Corporation. And I suspect that most people typing in "Fender" in the search box will have the same thing in mind. Therefore, I propose to rename this article "Fender (disambiguation)" and to redirect "Fender" to "Fender Musical Instruments Corporation". Colonies Chris (talk) 14:41, 14 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
