Strictly speaking, Gosport is on a peninsular and Portsmouth is on an island.

Given the triviality of information, the unnecessity for a separate article and the copy paste content from Falkland Islands Holdings, I suggest we MERGE List of assets owned by Falkland islands holdings to this article, removing the repeated content. Proposal to separate FIC and FIH[edit]

Due to the similarity of these companies names and the complex history between them it seems that the two business' data has been combined and confused. As the companies house shows these are very different companies with the FIC (non-chartered) being founded in 1902 and the FIH in 1997 under the name FOSSILDRIVE — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ryanharmany (talk • contribs) 14:07, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
