Membership[edit]

Don't mean to be critical, but this article separately in different places says there are three, four and seven full members of the RLEF. Now I know how difficult it is to check and follow this stuff (the latest information I saw says there are five full members, but then that was the 2010 annual report) but can whoever edits this article please try to be consistent across the board? Jurisdiction[edit]

Whist it says on their website they oversee the entire Northern Hemisphere, I can't see them having any jurisdiction in places like the USA, India, Japan, Columbia, Algeria, etc. I know they have some oversight outside of Europe but I feel then entire Northern Hemisphere is very factually inaccurate.
