Inaccurate Information Regarding Current Timetabling[edit]

Current timetabling for Luxembourg-Bruxells Nord takes 03h 06m with 12 stops taking 23m so 02h 43m on rail, in the 1984-1986 timetable from [1] it took 02h 42m on an express train with a single 6 minute stop in Arlon so 02h 36m which is roughly the same time. The track quality has not changed and saying it takes an hour longer is at best misleading. It takes half an hour longer and only due to there no longer being any express services. The 100 million allocated is currently being put to use to upgrade the line speed from 130km/h to 160km/h by straightening curves, switching the electrification to 25kva OLE and remove level crossings as stated here [2] JustAnotherElla (talk) 11:32, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
